Serious talk everyone,
As of lately I have become more easily irritable and agitated. That's not a good sign. No, I'm not depressed or anything. I just...feel tired, y'know? I just hope I can pull myself out of this state soon. Earlier in the day, I had an outburst towards a friend that he did not deserve at all and I feel terrible. Yeah, I'm calling myself out for that and I am deeply remorseful for what I did...

You know, this can actually be signs of hidden or mild depression. Or some sort of temporary depression reaction or something. Taking a rest is a good advice, as well as eating more healthy food. If this state persist, seeing a doctor is a good idea
